Special Education
It is the mission and vision of the Grinnell-Newburg School District that every student to become a lifelong learner who is a responsible, productive and engaged citizen within the global community, and is achieving at his or her maximum potential in an engaging, inspiring, and challenging learning environment. Our Special Education services are geared toward fulfilling that mission and vision, by providing a system for delivering instructional services including a full continuum of services and placements to address the needs of eligible individuals.
Every five years the Grinnell Newburg School District, in collaboration with parents and AEA personnel, review the special education delivery plan.
