Teacher Quality Fund Process (TQ)

Summer Hours Request Process

Follow the directions below to request funds for summer teacher quality hours. 

Summer teacher quality requests will be communicated by administration each spring.

1. Meet with your building administrator about your request.
2. Fill out the following Summer Hours Request Form.
3. The TQ committee reviews the request and communicates whether or not it is approved.

Off-site Professional Learning Request Process

Follow the directions below to request funds for off-site professional learning opportunities. 

1. Meet with your building administrator about the request.
2. Fill out the following Off-site Professional Learning Request Form.
3. The TQ committee reviews the request and communicates whether or not it is approved.
   1. If transportation is needed for the offsite experience, fill out the online transportation request form. 
4. After attending the off-site professional learning experience, meet with your building administrator to share your learning experience.  Also share information with your PLC.  Work with your building admin and PLC leader to determine whether the information would benefit a wider audience as part of a PD session.
