Online Registration


Online Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year is now OPEN


All of our students need to be officially registered in Infinite Campus, our student information system.



Once you complete the registration, please reach out to katie.osborn@grinnell-k12.org for your activation code for your parent portal account setup. If asked for an activation code prior to completing and submitting registration, you have clicked the wrong area. You will not have a code until your registration is completed.


CURRENT STUDENTS CLICK HERE to access your parent portal account. 

Please note that your current Preschool and/or Kindergarten student(s) will NOT show up in the STUDENT SECTION. If you have them listed in the "non enrolled section" there is a box you can mark to register this student and your child will be moved to the student tab.


All students need their information updated yearly, especially for emergency purposes.

Helpful Hints for navigating Online Registration:


  1. When you begin your online registration, you will be given a confirmation number. Please save this number. If you need to stop and return to the application, this will be needed to access your saved application.


  1. To move through each section use the “Next” button. To move from section to section, click on the “Save and Continue” button. Please ensure all information is entered correctly before moving on to a new section.


  1. If anything is yellow, that means you need to click on that section and complete the missing information. 


  1. Do not duplicate people. Please add an emergency contact other than yourself or a second parent from the parent spot  as to avoid entering duplicate information. 

Registration Fees and Payments 


After submitting your registration application, please return to your portal account to submit payment for your student’s instructional fees.


Once in your portal account, click on the “Fees” tab to submit your online payment. 

**Can be completed after July 1

**Free and Reduced Application: Please submit all forms before beginning the payment process. To complete the Free and Reduced Waiver, log in to your portal, select Meal Benefits and the application will load.
